Terms of Service
By placing this order you have agreed to reading and understanding the following terms;

  1. We have a NO refund or cancellation policy!
    Prior to placing an order it is your responsibly to make sure you have read all information that has been provided to you. This includes when a item begins shipping, previews of what is included, where a product ships from and more. We will not cancel a order because you ordered a incorrect product or because you decide you no longer want it.

  2. We have a NO return policy! ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL!
    We do NOT accept any returns. If you chose to return a package due to it arriving later than expected due to carrier delays or simply because you just dont want it we will not accept the return and the package will be mailed back to you.

  3. Product Information
    We offer many different regions and products, which is why it is so imperative that you read the products description and view previews BEFORE submitting a order. Individual inserts & sets will always have the previews posted, Premium bundles will have their previews posted as they become available however they will always include the hottest coupons.
    Some regions may be dropped shipped and will not be able to be combined with others. You must read the product description as it will tell you if it can or cannot be combined. You can also use the product code to help tell you where it will ship from. (Example: (TX)=Texas, (NY)=New York, (FL)=Florida)
    -->>Important: If you combine regions that specifically state 'not to be combined' you will be automatically refunded minus the fee it cost to return the payment.
    -->>Important: If you paid using PayPal the refund will be returned to the same PayPal account and may take up to 24 hours to show in your account. If you paid using a Debit/Credit card it will be retuned to that same card and may take 3-5 business days depending on your bank.

  4. Shipping Information
    Our shipping days are from Thursday-Tuesday, we do not work on Wednesday's!
    Orders are processed in the order they are received. All products state when it BEGINS shipping. Just because it gives a ship date that does NOT guarantee that you will be shipped on that day (begins shipping-when the product begins(starts) to ship). Shipping may take 24-48 hours from the ship date, NOT including Wednesdays OR Sundays as we do not work on Wednesdays or Sundays as the shipping carriers and myself are closed. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES. Once your order is handed over to the carrier the responsibility falls onto that carrier to make sure it is delivered properly. YOU CANNOT USE A PO BOX FOR UPS SHIPPING, IF YOU CHOOSE UPS AND HAVE A PO BOX IT WILL BE SENT BY USPS!
    Payments made after 3 PM(et) are considered the following business day payments.

    We use UPS and USPS as our shipping carriers. USPS Priority is our main shipping carrier and can normally take 2-5 days for delivery from the day of shipping, while UPS normally takes 1-5 days for delivery from the day of shipping depending on where you live. Click Here for the UPS Transit Map.
    -->>Important: Delivery times are a estimate and are not guaranteed, we are not responsible for any delays that the carrier may have.
    If your package is lost, delayed, OR damaged you MUST contact the carrier as they are the only ones who can provide you with more information.
    USPS: If your delivery date has passed and your package is still in transit you can submit a missing mail claim . If they are still unable to find your package or your package was delivered damaged you can than submit a insurance claim .
    UPS: If your delivery date has passed and your package is still in transit please contact them by visting www.UPS.com/Track and towards the bottome you will see a Green ASK UPS box, open it, and type agent until it shows the Live Chat option. It will connect you with an agent who can help you with more information. If they are still unable to find your package and a insurance claim needs to be opened please send us a message through our contact form and submit the following information; order number and tracking number. Without that information we can not help you.

  5. Tracking Information
    Tracking will be automatically sent to you by email once your label is created. If you do not receive a tracking email please check to see if your order was canceled, if you still need help please fill out the contact form and make sure to include your 5 digit order number.
    -->>Important: If you pay by PayPal your tracking with be sent to the same email that is on PayPal's file, please make sure you have access to that email address before you submit a order. If you pay by Card your email will be sent to the email that is on your accounts file, please make sure it is spelled correctly.
    Please allow the full 48 hours to pass for your tracking to update. Just because you received your tracking email that does not mean that it has already shipped, once the carrier receives it the tracking will update. **IMPORTANT** IF USPS MISSES A SCAN IT MAY NOT UPDATE TILL OUT FOR DELIVERY OR ANOTHER POST OFFICE SCANS IT!!!
    -->>Important: If you ordered multiple products that shipped from different locations (example: premium bundle and NC RMN) OR if you ordered bulk(example:1000 RMN) you will receive multiple tracking emails. Each email will tell you what product/quantity is included with that tracking number.

  6. Contacting Us
    If you need to contact us regarding a order you MUST fill out our contact form located on the website under 'Contact Us', if you chose to contact us using any other method it will result in a longer response time. Please make sure you include your 5 digit order number as we can not provide any details without it.

  7. Disclaimers
    We do NOT sell coupons, they are provided at no charged to you. You are paying for a service and everything that is included in that service such as; collecting, sorting, counting, shipping and handling, etc.

    There is NO reason a PayPal claim should be opened, and if you open an unnecessary PayPal claim you will be banned from using our services again. Some examples of a unnecessary claim are as follows;
    -You didnt read the ship date and want to cancel the order.
    -You ordered the wrong product.
    -Your package was lost, delayed, or damaged due to the carrier <<--This is why all packages come with insurance.
